How quickly do you respond?
We read every message and typically reply within a few working days. If a booking is urgent, go straight to the calendar on the booking page.
Do I need to be a member to attend?
No. You can buy a single ticket or a voucher card for saunagus. Membership is only for those who come regularly.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, up to 12 hours before the session starts. Later cancellations are not refunded. If in doubt, write to saunagus@hotncoldnordhavn.dk.
Where do I find you?
At Sundkrogskaj 19, 2100 København Ø, in the Utzon building at Kalkbrænderiløbet, by the water. We share the house with the sailing clubs and an event space/café.
